helpful when we switched our management to them. When we
interviewed them, the Board was very happy with how MGRE
presented their findings about our development, both the
good and bad things and what needed to be done, how to do
it, how to budget for it, and how to get things more organized
and running more efficiently. They've truly done what they
said they would do. We're now
financially stable, we have a nice Reserve Fund, and between
management and the Board working together, we haven't had
any assessments or maintenance increase. From installing
low flush toilets to water meters to laundry rooms, roof
work, concrete work, brick pointing, and our staff, they've
been able to get good people in, negotiate prices and equipment,
stay on top of things, and make sure we run efficiently.
They're trustworthy and always available to speak to. There's
also a mutual respect. They guide us and teach us a lot
