Cynthia Dubensky has served as MGRE Chief Financial Officer and Controller since 1985. Among her day-to-day duties, Ms. Dubensky supervises the activities of MGRE's staff of professional bookkeepers and accounting/financial support staff, ensuring the timely, accurate, and honest provision of financial management services to all of MGRE's client properties.

Ms. Dubensky further serves as a consultant to the Boards of MGRE-managed properties in matters relating to operations, Reserve Fund, capital improvement, and long-range budgeting, investment management, and all other finance-related issues. As MGRE Controller, Ms. Dubensky is also directly responsible for all aspects of MGRE's internal corporate financial operations.
